How to make payments for Advance Tickets

You have up until Monday 28th June to make an advance ticket transfer. We cannot accept transfers after this.

The San In Beach Party uses a Post Office account, making it widely accessible and cheaper for you to use when purchasing Advance Tickets.

1. Decide how many tickets you would like and if you would like hotel accommodation.
   
2. Send a mail to saninbeachparty@gmail.com and include the following information: (a) NAME, (b) NUMBER OF TICKETS YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE, © POSTAL ADDRESS & ZIP CODE, (d) HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD LIKE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION & HOW MANY NIGHTS. We will then verify that tickets and/or accommodation are available and mail you back with the transfer details & the payment you need to send. You'll also receive a booking number. Please use the booking number for any further correspondence with us in regard to tickets or accommodation.
3. Go to a bank or post office and transfer your payment to the Post Office account given in the email sent from us. Transfer fees vary from bank to bank. The cheapest option is from an existing post office account via an ATM. Should you also know that you have hotel accommodation reserved (not camping), then you can add your accommodation payment together with your ticket payment.
   
4. When the payment has been cleared, we will then inform you via email and post out the tickets to you.
   
5. The last day that we'll be accepting transfer for advance tickets is Monday 28th June. After this date, please do NOT transfer payments. You'll just have to risk it and see if there are tickets left on the door????

On Arrival

You'll be given an event bracelet to wear when you hand in your ticket on arrival at the entry point into the venue. The bracelets are water-proof and tear-resistant. Please wear it on your wrist at all times during the event. Take it off only when you're sure that you'll not be returning as without it on you will be denied access.

You MUST show your bracelet when leaving and returning to the venue.

If you lose your bracelet then report the loss immediately to the Main Gate. If we can verify your ticket purchase then a new bracelet given to you. We apologise in advance if this verification process takes some time. Failure to verify a ticket purchase means a door ticket must be purchased immediately. The organisers hold the right to take this action.

What if the event is cancelled?

The event is highly unlikely to be cancelled. All precautions are taken to ensure that come rain or shine the show goes on.

Should you decide not to come to the San In Beach Party and inform us before Friday 25th June, then your Advance payment (minus the Post Office transfer payment and a cancellation charge of 10%) is refundable. After Friday 25th June, we cannot accept a claim for an Advance Ticket refund should you decide not to attend the San In Beach Party. You could, of course, offer your ticket to your best friend and make them extremely happy!
